Permanent and maximum term HCF employees who are employed at the time of distribution may be eligible to receive an eGift card. Employees who have provided notice of their resignation as at the date of distribution are not eligible. 

To claim an eGift card, you will need to: 

• Click on the link in the reward email from support@hcfgiftcardrewards.com.au and visit the HCF Gift Card Rewards site 

• Enter and confirm your email address 

• Select your preferred eGift card from the options available.  

• Confirm the details entered are correct and click Submit 

You must claim your eGift Card within 3 months. 

Once claimed, you will receive an email from info@mg.cms.thecardnetwork.com.au within 5 business days with your eGift card and instructions on how to download and use it. 

A single use unique claim code is used to claim an eGift card. Recipients must only use one of three email suffixes when entering their email address in the HCF Gift Card Rewards form listed below: 

@hcf.com.au  

@rthealth.com.au  

@getflip.com.au 

The unique claim code will be active for 3 months from the date the reward email is issued (18th December 2025). The unique claim code cannot be extended after expiry date, so please make sure to choose your eGift card prior to the expiry date. 

The expiry of the eGift card is 3 years from the date of issuance. 

If you don’t receive your eGift card or accidentally delete it, please reach out to support@hcfgiftcardrewards.com.au with your name and email for assistance.

Any balance left on the eGift card after its expiry will not be available to you. We encourage you to use your eGift card before it expires. 

Please check the Terms and Conditions of the eGift card you have chosen.  

Not all retailers are able to be redeemed online. Please check if your participating retailer will accept online redemption here. When you choose the retailer, it will also show you how to redeem your card online. 

1. Open the email from info@mg.cms.thecardnetwork.com.au that contains your eGift card. 
2. Enter your mobile number when prompted, so you receive an SMS link to claim the card. 
3. Download The Card Network (TCN) App on your phone: 

iPhone: via the App Store 

Android: via Google Play 

     4. In the TCN app, tap “View Card Information”, then tap “Add to Wallet”.  

     5. Follow the prompts (you may need to verify via an SMS code). 

     6. Once added, your e Gift card is ready to Tap & Pay at any contactless payment terminal. 

Yes – once the card is in your mobile wallet, you can use it just like a Mastercard / Visa. Open your wallet app, select the TCN card, and tap it at a contactless terminal. You can also check your balance and expiry at any time in the TCN app.

You can view your eGift card balance, expiry date and recent transactions anytime through The Card Network (TCN) app. To check your details: 

1. Open The Card Network app on your phone. 
2. Select your eGift card from the home screen.
3. Your available balance, expiry date, and transaction history will be displayed. 

In-store: Yes, you can (at the merchants’ discretion). You may need to ask the cashier to split the payment.  

Online: We recommend keeping your purchase equal to or less than your eGift card value as retailer sites don’t support split payments. 

If your phone doesn’t support a digital wallet, you can still use your eGift card online. 

How to use without a digital wallet: 

1. Open The Card Network (TCN) app on your phone.
2. Select your eGift card to view its card number, expiry date, and CVV.
3. Use these details to make online purchases wherever Mastercard (or Visa, depending on your card) is accepted.
