Qualifying recipients must claim their reward within 3 months via www.hcfgiftcardrewards.com.au using the unique code within the reward email. 

Allow up to five business days for your eGift card to be sent to you. 

All eGift cards are digital and carry three years expiry from the date they are issued. Your selected eGift cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged, nor the expiry date extended. Please refer to the individual terms & conditions of your chosen reward for expiry dates and other details. 

One eGift card per person per unique code. 

eGift cards will only be issued to an approved email address which has been supplied by HCF. 

The eGift Card can be used to purchase goods and services at participating merchants in Australia. It cannot be used for cash withdrawals, cash equivalents, or transactions at financial institutions. Some merchants or merchant groups may choose not to accept prepaid gift cards. 

Use of the eGift Card is subject to each participating merchant’s policies and any applicable terms and conditions relating to their goods and services. 

The eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
